SLA was not seen under Task SLA for particular user

I had some SLA's on HR task table.Where the user cannot be able to see them under Task SLA, Where as admin can see them,Please advice what can be the cause for this?

Check ACL for the task sla table

They may not have access to task_sla table then ?

Basic roles required are ITIL, snc_internal, sn_incident_read(for incident slas), service_viewer to be able to see task_sla records
