SLA Workflow issue. I want "always" condition in SLA percentage timer Core

Hi,

 

I have built a two step SLA workflow as the the old (existing) one.

The old workflow,

In the Old workflow there is "always" condition for "SLA Percentage timer" core. In the new workflow there is Repair and Normal.

 

Not sure how this is working. Help?

How can I get "always" condition

What if you simply connect both "Repair" and "Normal" to the same next step? That should work in same way as "Always".

I am actually not sure if I connect both. I do not see any supporting videos or articles on this.

Why not go to Flow Designer. You can do way more in there.
