Can Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) which helps in Determining and managing IT investments be implemented as part of ITSM Standard License or does it require a separate license

I believe this might be related to a extra license . As a general rule of thumb, whenever it's about licensing or cost, the best person to reach out to is your ServiceNow account manager."
