Standard Change created as Normal Change

Hi,

On a customer's instance I have 5 standard change templates that are being created as normal changes.

They used to work, but not anymore. I dont know why - but I think it could be related to an instance version upgrade, which was implemented recently. If I recreate the standard change template the issue do not persist. But I am curious as to why this happens. Has anyone else experienced this before and could explain why it happens?

Hi @lars7

Atul: You means by following way of create standard change proposal and then templates.

Atul: When you say, it did not work, like value is not getting populated or any error?

So it is not about proposing and approving a new standard change template. The issue happens when you create a standard change from thos 5 templates. Then the change request that is created is created as a Normal Change Request instead of a Standard Change Request.

Hi @lars7

How these 5 templates get created?

via Standard change Template

or

via Template table.

They were created through standard change template proposals.
