Standard Change Request template is no longer displayed in the service catalog.

Giga Guru

After upgrading the instance to Xanadu, the Standard Change Request template is no longer displayed in the service catalog.
The template record itself remains. (It is also linked to the service catalog.)
Has anyone else had the same case?
Also, how can I fix this so that I can select it from the service catalog?

Hi @ayano

Plugin is updated but you can repair it as well, so that files get executed again. The screen shot you shared, may i now the Service Catalog is Active = False and this can be reason.

The message you get, it is common and correct which means we should avoid any changes in this catalog liek any kind of customization else at time of upgrade it can create issue.

Make it active = True .

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.

I checked the plugin and it is updated.

There is one thing that bothers me.
The following message is displayed in the catalog record:
Warning: This is a High Risk file that might get updated again in later releases. Revert this record to Base System to reduce conflicts: See comparison

Do you think this is having an impact?

HI,
Thank you for your comment.
Does this mean that if I change Active=True and upgrade, this issue may be resolved?

Thanks and Regards,
