After upgrading the instance to Xanadu, the Standard Change Request template is no longer displayed in the service catalog.
The template record itself remains. (It is also linked to the service catalog.)
Has anyone else had the same case?
Also, how can I fix this so that I can select it from the service catalog?

Hi @ayano
Plugin is updated but you can repair it as well, so that files get executed again. The screen shot you shared, may i now the Service Catalog is Active = False and this can be reason.
The message you get, it is common and correct which means we should avoid any changes in this catalog liek any kind of customization else at time of upgrade it can create issue.
Make it active = True .

Hi @ayano,
Can you brief the exact issue by addressing the following questions?
1) Is it related to the visibility of the variable or the values?
2) Assuming the variable is visible, aren't you able to find any of the templates? (Just to make sure that none of the templates are visible)
3) Was it working as per the expectation on an admin login?

Hi,
Thank you for the comment.

Where can I find the variables related to visibility of standard change templates to catalogs?
Thanks and Regards,

Can you just share the snapshot of where exactly you want the standard change template to be displayed?

Hi,
For security reasons, I cannot send snapshots. Sorry.
There are several standard change templates, but the ones I created before upgrading to Xanadu do not appear in the service catalog, but the ones I created after the upgrade do.
All standard change templates have been approved.
What settings should I check... ?
Thanks and Regards,
