Hello Community,
I recently encountered an issue with a Standard Change template that is not appearing on the com.glideapp.servicecatalog_category_view page.
To access the template, I followed the steps below:
Navigation:
Change → Create New → Standard
However, under the Standard Change section, the required template is not visible.
After further investigation, I found that:
The template is available in the std_change_record_producer table.
The record producer is Active.
No Visibility Criteria have been applied to the record producer, meaning it should be available to all users.
The template can still be successfully used through the "Create Standard Change" related link available on the associated catalog item.
Given these observations, I am trying to understand why the change template is not visible on the UI, despite being active and accessible from the backend.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can suggest any possible reasons or configurations that might cause this behavior?

But, correctly configured in the backed with no visibility rules.
