Hello Team,
I want these below modifications on the statistics tab:
1. Closed Change Count Logic Fix
- Include all versions of changes that:
- Are in either "review" or "closed" states.
- Were raised via the template.
2. Unsuccessful Change Count Logic Update
- Use the change outcome field instead of the close code field.
- Include all versions of changes that were raised via the template.
but I can see it the technical compoenent as script include : StdchangeUtilsSNC has an Protection policy and
UI Macro which calls it,.
std_chg_template_val_render also had protection policy.
Queries:
1. Is that advisable to make changes for standard script include(global)
2. If so, how we can make it as it had protection policy.
3. And also suggest solution for above scenario
