Folks,
I am new to Flow diagram and I need your help , on expiration of certificate (warn in days to expire field is updated as 90 days) of a certificate( sys_certificate table),
Then
A service catelog needs to be created with 2 tasks
Following fields needs to be mapped to service catelog from certificate form
- Name
- Valid from
- Expires
- Expire in Days
- Source CI
- Certificate Type
- Ownership Team
Task1:
Ownership team will update the certificate and close the task. Then next task opens.
Task 2:
Certificate management group will verify if record in certificate table is created/updated and close the task
