Stock Rule Runner

We are on Istanbul. I am setting up stock rules to establish reorder points. I can see the Stock Rule Runner scheduled job but we can find no evidence that it runs. Is there more configuration that needs to be done to have the job run?

Dan:  OOB there should be nothing else to configure unless there is something you want to change.

 

The following is from my instance - you should see a next action, trigger type and the state

@akash_mehta @steeple14  i have set the stock level and set the stock room manager and i changed to a earlier date but still not getting any service request to approve. please advice

Hi I know this is old, but I wanted to leave this here for anybody in the future that is digging down this rabbit hole.

Despite ServiceNow's documentation calling it a "Scheduled Job", it is actually a "Schedule Item"; on the sys_trigger table.  I included a link to the Stock Rule Runner Schedule Item below.

"A scheduled job named Stock Rule Runner runs once per day to create the restocking transfer orders, send email messages to stockroom managers, and create tasks for stockroom managers."
