We have a use case wherein in order to integrate SNOW with JIRA system , we must use separate connection JIRA Tokens for eack corresponding Project Keys.
We found the document to follow --
docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-application-development/page/administer/integrationhub/concept/support-multiple-connections.html
However this steps not able to do as this property is not found in INT Instance "You can choose whether to display the Configure connections option with the sn_flow_designer.connections_override_enabled system property. Setting the property to true displays the Configure connections option, while setting it to false hides it. If you delete the system property or it doesn't exist, the Configure connections option is displayed by default."
Requirement description:
Based on the selection of the CI particular project key and token(credential aliases)needs to be selected. So there would be multiple connection alias out of which one particular needs to be used based on the CI selected in the incident. That is there is a need to create multiple connection and credential alias along with dynamic selection of the same using the subflow and actions in the flow designer.
We are achieving the integration between JIRA and servicenow with the use of the JIRA Spoke in integration hub.
