Survey not showing all questions

Hi,

I initially had 4 questions and i added 2 more questions to the existing  metric category of the survey and i don't see the 2 new questions that was added. I unpublished and published it back again. I have deleted all the old assessment instance records triggered earlier and re initiated the survey again when i access the survey over the link i still see only the 4 questions and not all 6 questions.

Hi hari,

 

can you try by making disable public access and make it public again and check.

This might show all your questions in the survey.

Hi,

 

FYI in case anyone else has this issue-

 

I've just had this issue and found that the issue seemed to be because there were active surveys with the previous versions questions,

 

I completed/deleted these and tried again and the survey was now up to date
