Sync attachment and show on SC task from RITM

Hi Team , 

I have synced attachement which is getting attached to the REQ from Portal , which is showing , Form Banner (for RITM) and Related List(for RITM) , as well as for SC Task (for Related List) , the issue over here is , its doesn't shows in the SC Task (Form Banner).

I want to show it over the form banner as well for SC Task.

Here’s what you could try:

1. Check the SC Task Form Layout

   • First, let’s ensure the attachment option is enabled for the SC Task form. We can do this by going to the SC Task form layout, right-clicking the form header, and selecting Configure > Form Layout. From there, confirm that the "Show Attachments" option is enabled for this view.

2. Review Any UI Policies or Client Scripts

   • If attachments still aren’t appearing on the form banner, there might be a UI Policy or Client Script hiding them. Let’s take a look at any scripts or policies associated with the SC Task form that could impact the visibility of attachments.

3. Consider Adding a Business Rule

   • If the goal is to automatically copy attachments from the REQ or RITM to the SC Task level, we could set up a Business Rule to do that. This way, attachments are available on the SC Task form banner right from the start.

Thank you for this, this help within the legacy UI, but how would I show attachments in SCTAK in the SOW?
