We are seeing an issue with the System Status page that we access via the Service Portal.
We have created an outage and within the details of the outage we have inserted an image.
The image only displays for licensed users.
What do I need to look at to fix this?

After doing some digging I figured it out:
To resolve - we gave the snc_internal role read access to the cmdb_ci_outage table

As per my understanding, anything added to the portal can be accessed by end users, even without a license.
However, if a user has the ITIL role, they should be able to view this information on the portal without any issues.
