Hi Roshan,

As far as your questions is concerned with the TABLE name

1) Journal entries are captured in sys_journal_field

2) History activity are captured in various tables like:

        sys_history_set

        sys_history_line

Please mark answer as correct, if it was really helpful 🙂

Hi Solutioner,

What's required is where the activity log details gets stored (not the Worknotes, Additional Comment, or infact of any Journal type field nor history of field changes)?

In precise there will be some text in white background for example Assigned to,State and Severity on incident form the moment a record gets created?

Regards,

Mahesh.

Hi Maheswara,

That is stored in

        sys_history_set

        sys_history_line
