tables for facilities

hi, i have a use case to create a catalog item where user can submit request/complaint for facilities in the organizations (such as aircond, fan, desk, chairs, etc.)

1. is there an ootb table that i can leverage to store this inventory?

2. would it be possible to relate the table with cmn_location table?

Note: we dont have facilities management module, this is gonna be a simple catalog but need to use the table for tagging purpose

there is nothing available OOTB for this.

Why not use OOTB Service Catalog request and RITM will store all the details which user requested in the variables?

Hi @Hafila Hatta ,

As @Ankur Bawiskar already mentioned, then no, there is no table OOTB. Either it's the WSD application from ServiceNow, a Custom application build and maintained by your self or you need to utilize the IT standard for facility..
