We are currently using a record producer on Service Portal to create change requests. One of our requirements is to allow entering of multiple affected Configuration Items. So on the service catalog side, we were able to add a variable with type "List Collector" from table cmdb which is already working great, you can now search and add multiple CIs that will be affected by the Change Request. Now we need to map this to a field in change_request table so that when we view the Change Request, we will see the CIs on Affected CIs related list.
Using the Configuration Item field allows only 1 CI to be entered so we can't use that.
