Task Level SLA Definitions

Hi All, We have below requirement to create SLA definitions on sc_task level, any lead pls let us know. In one request, 4 tasks will be created for RITM: task 1 task 2 task 3 task 4 The task1 needs to be fulfilled by one business day and rest of the tasks needs to be fulfilled 5 business days together. We cannot create 5 business days SLA for entire RITM as then it would be difficult to track the fulfillment of first task. Also, all the operations won’t be completed in 1 business day. So, we must track them separately. How we are going to achieve this Thanks, Milind Patil

Create SLA on sc_task level based on task type.

Hello @Milind1 ,

Is there any unique thing for Task 1 and Task 2-Task 4? Or you use a short description in the Start condition.

For e.g -

For Task 1: Start condition will be - Short Description starts with ..............

For Task 2 - Task 4: Start condition will be - Short Description starts with .............. OR Short Description starts with.........

If my response was helpful, please mark it as correct and helpful.
Thank you.

Hi @Milind1 ,

i would suggest that you create single SLA on task on… when that is resolved, i would create task 2-4 in on go… by doing this, you could then sum SLA on these task and divide by 3 which then should give you the resolution tune in general for the 3 tasks.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Best regards
Anders
