We gave a user template editor and template editor global roles. For some reason they can create templates but they are getting limited option on what fields they can edit. Any thought on why they do not have the ability see all the fields?

Maybe ACL(s) preventing them from see field? I know we have save_as_template type, but didn't think that prevented users from seeing field.

Does the User also have ITIL role? Some fields aren't available to user's without that role.

Yes the user also has the ITIL role.

This issue also appears for user who have itil and just template editor. However if I'm in as admin I can see description which is what they are looking for.
