Hello,
We recently installed several plugin dependencies in order to implement HAM/SAM in our ServiceNow environment but now we're getting errors when trying to close Incidents:
We discovered the error is a requirement of the HAM/SAM plugins: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-it-service-management/page/product/incident-management/task/track-ci.html
Is there a way to turn this off for now?

Hi Mary,
Rather than disabling the plugin, you can inactivate the business rule that requires the asset action be completed before resolving an incident.
All the best,
Stephanie

In case anyone needs; the business rules to deactivate begin with Check Ham Action. There are two of them, 1 for Incident and 1 for change.
Hope this helps.

The business rule needs to be promoted! Thank you Scott for providing the rules, it worked for us!
We had 3 where we set Active = false.
Check HAM Action is selected on incident (incident resoluton)
Check HAM Action is selected (for changesToReview)
Check HAM Action for Unauth change (for changesFromNew)
