Test case and Story relationship

Hello Experts, 

In my story form I have created a UI action to auto create the TEST case (tm_test_case) with some field values which is working fine . My question is how  STRY and TMTC records are properly related (automatically) on the related tabs at the bottom of each record?? Thanks in advance.
