The request is not moving forward with further steps

Hi Folks,

The task did not pick the correct application name. Hence, I corrected the application name and instead of closed complete, I mistakenly selected the closed incomplete.

So, now, I update it as closed complete. The request should now move forward with further steps, but its not happing 

can someone please help me where it went wrong ?

Not without knowing the task and what kind of flow you have. If there is something in there ending it incomplete, it won't go further. But it can be numerous other things as well.

OK , you mean to say if we are moving close incomplete to close complete , the next process will not run? In this case we need to raise a new request.

As I said: with the information you shared it can be numerous things. You don't share your flow or the tasks, just what you see. We don't have access to you instance, so we need to go on the information you share. And you haven't shared enough to get a real solution.
