Dear experts,
Since upgrading to Xanadu, the tab "Knowledge base's cannot be loaded" is not appearing. If anyone knows how to make it appear or why it is not appearing, please let me know.
I would be happy if you could teach me various things.

Did you check any OOB script onload client script or UI policy got added as part of Upgrade which is hiding those related lists?
Did you check with admin or non-admin user?
