The value of the REQ approval field is "Not Yet Requested" when I create a catalog item

Hello,
I'm creating the flow for my service catalog. I associate it with the catalog item, and when I run a test, the request is always created with the status "Not Yet Requested" in the "Approval" field. Until, for example, I manually change the field to "Approved," the flow won't run; it doesn't even appear in the executions.

in the Flow you can add action to update that approval accordingly - shall it be approved?

But the problem is that the flow doesn't run until I change the value of the Approval field to "Approved"
