Go to the:
sys_rte_eb_operation.list

First - set up the list view to find the last action that caused the error. Click on Gear icon(Personalize list view) and add "Update" and "Updated by" to the list view. Now sort by Updated from z to a.

Probably you performed some action on data - if you will recognize the action record i.e. "Regex Replace" or any other action that could cause the issue, just identify and delete the action that caused the problem. It worked for me. Also the "Updated by" helps to identify the problematic action (it will show you was the action performed by you).
