I have problem with this issue. When I click edit button it show the error message, and info me to contact administrator. I have searched some docs in community, it told me that need to active plugin(com.snc.agent_workspace.itsm). And I have done this action. Please help to give advise. Thanks!
But While I click in the ticket to edit, it does not show the error message

Hi Ben,
You need to create the corresponding workspace view of the form.
So in your case you need to edit the service catalog task form layout and create a new view called "workspace_itil" with the fields/sections that you need in Agent Workspace.
After that you should be able to edit your form in Agent Workspace.

Thank you for you reply. I try to use your suggestion, but it seems not working. Error message is still existing. Maybe I do the wrong action, or sth. please advise.

Hi Ben,
I'm assuming that the user you're using has ITIL role.
Just in case, make sure that you have the specific view for each table that you want to display in workspace.
Here you have additional information about the workspace form views. As you can read, for an itil user should be enough with workspace_itil view.
