Ticket is not getting created through Scheduled job

Hi,

 

I have created an automatic ticket for every first day of the week and auto-assign to a particular user through scheduled job but that ticket is not getting created.

The below is the code so can anyone please help on this, It will be usefull.

Hi @mania ,

I can recommend put Run:' weekly', Day: 'Friday' & Time: 15 mins, Time zone: empty, check is it create an incident automatically or not?
or else put periodically instead of weekly & keep time :10 min

It would be better to use Flow Designer for this requirement. You can achieve the same result without coding.
