To hide requests and requested items from requested for

Hi Community,

I just want to hide REQs and RITMs from requested for from everywhere, global search, portal etc.

Only a specific group should be able to create and see request for that catalog item. They need to create it for any user.

I created a read ACL, but its not working.

Please suggest me how i can hide REQs and RITMs from requested for user everywhere.

Why?

I don't think it's a good business use case.

Please discuss this with your business team.

It’s related to confidentiality, legal team, so whenever legal team take legal action against a user, the users should not be able to aware about this.

I am able to hide request from requested from, the only thing is that legal team is not able to see requested for and opened by field values for each other. They are able to see the request created by other team members but these 2 fields values are not visible to them, they are only able to see their request’s requested for and opened by values.
