Transformap Error

Hi All,

 

We have a Transformap  which runs on Asset table and  for the mapping we have 7 columns on Excel sheet.

Everything working fine and Data also imported correctly, But Some time Data is not coming properly for example.     we have a 7 columns in Excel sheet some time extra columns added in excel sheet due to some automation mistakes. on that time the data skipping for there.

Below is the example we have 12 columns but expected 7.

How can we prevent the extra columns if there is any extra columns in excel we need to run the transformer map as usual .

  • In the transform map configuration, you'll see a list of field mappings from your source data to ServiceNow fields.
  • Remove the mappings for the columns you don't want to import.
  • Make sure to map only the 7 columns that you want to import.
