Trigger catalog client script based on field value in request table

I am new to using the request item table.  I have added a few variables to the request item form but I want to show/hide them based on a field value in the request item table.  I created a custom field on the request item table, if this value is true I would like the catalog item to show these variables, if it's false I would like these variables to remain hidden.  I do see the catalog items are different from the record producer so I cannot map variables to fields in the table.  But is this request achievable?  Or is there a work around or other options to accomplish this?  if there is any additional information you need please let me know.  Click to expand Click to expand ITSM category Click to collapse ITSM category

Hi @jaubert ,

You can write UI Policy for that variables with applied condition for that catalog item.

Catalog UI Policy and Action >> After write the UI Policy, add the variables on which this show/hide required under visibility column, you can set visibility true or false based on UI Policy condition.

Hi @jaubert ,

You can create a UI policy on the true/false field and based on the condition you can create ui policy action and in that you can hide or make fields mandatory,
