Trouble understanding how to set variable values for a order guide in ATF

I'm automating order guide item. There are 3 steps in this particular order guide item- Describe Needs, Choose Options, Summary.

1.Opened an order guide - Checked on the preferred option and

2.Navigated within order guide - to 'Choose options' step

3.In the choose options step, there's a field called "Justification" in which I need to add some comment. But in order to do this, which step I need to give?

You can just add the step "Review Item In Order Guide" . Then we just need to set variable values and that's it! This is the whole sequence that I follow in the test:

I had set the variable values and added it to cart, in order to view the cart and set the value for "requested for user" what step i should give? Please find the attached screenshots
