Hi!
This is my first post to the community, so please bear with me....
I'm trying to Integrate Microsoft Teams with my company's instance. I feel like this should be easy, and I'm just missing something.
The "All > ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams > Install Azure apps" module is not in my instance.
I need to install ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams.
When I try and "Install/Update All (4)" of the 4 applications associated with "ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams" I get this message:
When I open either of those applications and try to install, I get this message:
or this:
I then click on "sn_ace" to install it, but I then get this message:
It says that it is installed, but it's the wrong version.
I have tried clicking the 3 dots, and "repairing" the app.
My question is:
How can I get the "sn_ace 1.3.1 version" and install the "ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams" application on my instance?
I can't find it in the store.
What am I missing?
Thanks so much for your help and time!
Dave

Hello,
On my PDI I see the update option with all the versions for sn_ace
Looking at the screenshot for you the update option is not available so If it is a customer instance I would suggest you to create a Hi ticket as they will pretty easily sort it out for you.
Please mark my answer as correct based on Impact.

Hi,
Were you able to install 'Servicenow for Microsoft Teams' plugin after updating 'sn_ace'?. I am facing the same issue in my customer instance and just want to make sure if updating this would resolve the issue.

ServiceNow has released a KB article on this - KB1299826
Resolution is:
Procure the Admin Experience Framework 1.3.1. version (via Request install / Get button) from the store via the link below:
https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/5df6db91ebe4011090fa99602a5228...
Once this has been done, the requested version will be available for update within the instance.
