UI Policy not working

Hi Community,

 

I have a ui policy which is working at the back end i.e. service catalog item view but its not working on the service portal.

 

This ui policy is just to show/hide a field based on other field values.

 

Here are the screenshots for the same.

Hello @Poorva Bhawsar 

This might be getting effected by other UI policies.

Check if there any other UI policies on same fields. (or the other related fields where the UI policy reverse if false is selected)

Hi @Poorva Bhawsar check if you have some other ui policy on same field if yes then you have to give different order to execute

Please check if any other UI Policy is applied on same variable. They should conflict.
