Unable to attach the knowledge article in agent assist

Hi All,

I am unable to attaching Knowledge article for a service request in agent assist, it is working for incident but not for service request. When I click on the attach button in agent assist it shows like Attach note field not found.

If anyone aware about this, kindly help

Hello @Ajith A Pillai ,

It happened because 'Additional comments' field is not visible on form, can you scroll down and see if there is additional comments field on agent workspace form.? if not bring that field, make sure you add that field to 'workspace' view because agent workspace uses workspace view. Once you bring that field you can reload the form and it should work.
