Unable to Change the Existing Button Color

We are trying to change a Existing button color , but can't achieve  it , have attached the screenshot with Red marking ,need input on this .

You'll need to update your CSS theme for your portal

use your browser's developer tools > select an element > click your button to get the CSS code you will need to change. you can change and preview it using Developer Tools in your browser and this should give you enough info to update the CSS for your portal theme.
