Unable to Create Ui Policy Action

Hi Team

 

 

Post upgrading instance to Zurich we are unable to create new Ui Policy Action , the new button is not Available can someone assist me on this ?

Hi @RakshithS ,

Have you checked the ACLs to see if this could be from table level?

Could also be a platform issue.

 

Have look at similar issue and see if that resolves it.

Hi @RakshithS,

 

Please check the ACL's on sys_ui_policy table and you can aslo check the List Control if omit new button checkbox is checked or not

If it's urgent to create UI Policy Action you can navigate to that particular table and give the ui policy name and create action, table name is sys_ui_policy_action click new and give the sys_id of your UI Policy if you are using SNUtils, double click on UI Policy field and that popup is visible and just give the sys_id of UI Policy
