Unable to insert ATF input or output variables with type reference(reference qualifier condition)

Hi Team,

I am trying to insert the reference qualifier condition on ATF step config input/output variables and in the form level I am not able to see reference qual field. In the list view field is not editable . please find the attachment for reference.
