Hi @Nagendra Rao Si,

Follow the steps to include new header menu item.

1) Navigate to Service portal --> Menu and Open menu record for SP Header Menu

2) In related lists you can see existing "Menu items" as

Knowledge

Catalog

Requests

System Status

Cart

Tours

3) You need to create a new record here with Type as URL and add URL in HREF/ URL field.

Make sure that order should be in between Requests and System status.

For reference take a look at: System Status menu item/

For reference: Configure a portal header menu

If my response helps to solve your issue. Kindly mark it as helpful & correct. It will be helpful for future readers! 👍🏻

Hi @Nagendra Rao Si,

Your URL Target should be _blank, to open in new tab.
