Unable to install update to Workflow Studio - Yokohama

I am trying to install the update plugin for Workflow studio.  I am getting an error stating I have to install upgrades to the following plugins first:

 

Playbook Experience Components

Diagram Builder

 

However when I go to those plugins I get the message that I have to go to the Products age on the Store and click the Opt in to entitle the application.

 

Never got this before and I have not been able to locate that option on the Store page for either application/plug in.

Hi @terrieb 

That is expected behavior in a PDI. In client instances, the Workflow Studio depends on many other products and features that are not always available in PDI. So, if you are using a PDI, you have no choice but to use a client instance to access and work with it.

I am trying to install on our Production instance not a PDI.  I have already installed on our 2 sub-prod instances with no issue

 

Never had an issue before with installing a plugin that shows is "in product" and "available"

So, for Production, you need to get the Workflow Studio and its dependent plugins from the Store — there’s no other option.
