I am trying to install the update plugin for Workflow studio. I am getting an error stating I have to install upgrades to the following plugins first:
Playbook Experience Components
Diagram Builder
However when I go to those plugins I get the message that I have to go to the Products age on the Store and click the Opt in to entitle the application.
Never got this before and I have not been able to locate that option on the Store page for either application/plug in.

So I am back in the proverbial loop.
When I go to the plugin in the Store it states the other dependencies needed. And it I click on one like Playbook Experience Components it takes me to another tab that still doesn't allow me to Opt In to it.
Feel like a hamster on a wheel. ....
At this point going to wait until I do the upgrade to the next release in October then try again.
Attaching screen shot from Store showing Dependencies...

Hi @terrieb ,
This means that upgrading this Plugin requires one othe rplugin which is Paid and can be installed from store (Which is not possible on PDI) so in short you can't upgrade this plugin. If you want you can access it on your official enviroment which the permission/protocol of your official environrmnt.

I am trying to install on our Production environment - not a PDI
I installed it on both sub-prod instances when I did the upgrade plugin for Workflow studio with no issues at all.
I have always installed these before in the past without any issue - it states the plugin is available but won't let me install without installing first the Playbook Experience and Diagram Builder
However I am unable to install either of those applications either

Hi @terrieb ,
On sub prods as well - Mostly plugins are free ut not on PROD. You need to pay if you want to install on PROD. Even if your main plugin have any dependancy or require any other plugin which is paid, you can't install your main plugin as well. Servicenow can chnage any plugin free/paid policy anytime so whatever was free in past, may not be free in next releases so..
