Unable to open theme builder in xanadu version

When I am trying to open the theme builder I am unable to open that,
I have admin access

pleas find the error image in the attachment

You are on which patch of Xanadu? Try to repair the plugin once of theme builder.

Are you on Patch 1 of Xanadu? If yes then go to patch 2 or lower down to base version. Patch is not a stable one and many other issue reported.
