Unable to open theme builder in xanadu version

When I am trying to open the theme builder I am unable to open that,
I have admin access

You are on which patch of Xanadu? Try to repair the plugin once of theme builder.

I am on Yokohama Patch 5 having the same error message.

I'm having the same issue, we are on Patch 4 and repair plugin did not work.
