Hello All,
On our change request table, we have created two custom fields, named: u_start_date and u_start_time.
When ever a change request is created a calendar invite is rolling out with wrong start date and time.
Example: if I select u_start_date as 2023-12-09 and time as 12:00:00 PM then the notification is sent with 2023-12-08 and time as 06:00:00PM
Can some one help me with how to correct this issue. And also we don't have end time field on change_request form. Is there any way we can use the start date and populate the end date and time which can be one hour after the start time in 'sys_impex_map' table.
Here I need to understand the field mapping of 'dtstart' and 'dtend' fields with 'u_start_date' and 'u_start_time' fields.
Can anyone help me out with this please!
