Unable to see few stories in Agile Sprint Tracking board

When a new sprint is started, all the stories which belong to current sprint is displayed in Sprint Tracking page in Agile board. But there are few particular stories which are not seen in Agile board even though its tagged to Sprint.

I did an investigation checking if the product of the story belongs to Sprint, tagged properly to current sprint, assigned to correct group of the sprint. I checked all those and I didn't find any issue, its all fine and tagged properly still only few particular stories are not displayed in agile board.

Can someone help me with suggestions please.

Make sure the state of sprint associated with the stories is current.

Also, check the state of stories and whether these stories are showing up in the backlog section

Yes, I checked that state of sprint is current and also I can see those stories in Backlog as well as Sprint Planning page in Agile board (when I expand the sprint name, I am able to see those stories), its just that its not visible in Sprint Tracking page board.

Facing similar challenge. Please help. In my case user has scrum_user role and wants to see the stories in sprint tracking board. But he cannot see any story in tracking board. However there are many stories tagged to a sprint.

I recently experienced this after moving to a new sprint, and moving the previous sprint's backlog into the new sprint, using the complete sprint functionality. I fixed it by clearing the sprint and adding the stories back through Sprint Planning.
