Unable to view message body feild when user tries to send a mail from ServiceNow platform.

User was unable to send or reply from ServiceNow platform. When tries to send the mail the 'message body field' is not coming, simply the To, Cc, Bcc, Subject lines are visible. checked the same for some users who has similar access. but they can send the mails.

@Jithin07 Please check if there is any field level ACL defined on the message body field which is failing in this case.

How Can I verify the ACL for the email body?

it is facing only for one user, is that would be related to their issue on the profile?
