Unauthorized change state flow

Hi,
I am facing an issue related Unauthorized change The OOTB flow for unauthorized change is when we create an unauthorized change it automatically opens in review state Now I can't find an option to closed that change no ui action no choice in state field to move the state to close.
I tried creating a state transition in the change model from review to closed and also check the box Automatically transition to true. But nothing is changing.
Can any one let me know how we can achieve this like how we can move the change to close .

OOTB it's go to Review and then Authorise and then close.

It should be auto closed once approved.
