Upcoming schedule appointments in queue widget - Walkup experience

Hello Team,

 

We have implemented walkup experience. In the queue page "Up Next" section it's displaying only interactions and past dated scheudled appointments, but not displaying upcoming schedule appointments. Can you please help where should I configure this Time.
