Hi all,
I am in the middle of upgrading my Sub-Prod instance to San Diego. As a best practice, I cloned my Prod instance over the sub-prod instance to make sure everything works the same. However, I have a separate mid-server for the sub-prod instance which I am unable to view after the clone.
In this case, should I still go ahead with my upgrade or is it better to figure out the issue with Mid server and push my upgrade?
Thanks,
Mallika

Usually, mid server is auto upgraded when you upgrade your instance.
Login to your mid server and restart it.
Also, check mid server logs for any errors.

Sachin

Hi Mallika,
If you have access to MID server, you can login and check if the service is running. And then check if MID server status shows down in ServiceNow instance.
As Sachin suggested check also logs.
Hope it helps.
Thanks,
Raj
