Uploading plugin to an on-prem environment

Hi All,

My instance is in an on-prem environment.

I want to use the jira-spoke plugin, so I'm using this site to download it

https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/4fab4673db1893009a985404ce9619...

I tried generating a token but when I'm uploading the file to my instance, it says

"No valid certificate found to process the application upload".

Does anyone knows how to fix it or another way to create an integration with jira?

Thanks in advanced 🙂

Hi @Snow Tomcal

As a pre-sales engineer with Exalate, I would like to suggest that you take a look at our decentralized solution for synchronizing all entity types between SNOW and Jira.

Exalate is easy to set up and allows you to control exactly which data you want to send and receive.

If you would like to see a  customized demo of the product, please let me know and I will be happy to schedule a time that works for you.

Thank you for considering our product. I look forward to the possibility of working with you.

What version of Servicenow and what type of Keystore? because in the newer city versions I think it is BCKS instead of PEM or JDKS?  I recently upgraded to a new version and I am trying to figure out what I did before.

Ensure your uncheck active for the old cert in the portal after you upload the newly generated cert
