Use Intent Discovery ML solution to tag incidents and help Task Intelligence, routing etc

Anyone been able to use the cool ML models from the Intent Discovery app (used for VA Topic Automation Discovery) to do ad-hoc classification of an inbound incident. I've tried but their ml model is of type workflow which is not callable ad-hoc.
I'm very puzzled why such powerful feature is not embedded withing Task Intelligence directly for example, if someone at ServiceNow has gone through the trouble of mapping common utterances to ITSM vocabulary intents then we'd like to hook into that of course instead of building our own.
Our Intent Discovery reports show that around 50% of the incidents would have been quite well understood by the model which could make the automatic routing and classification smarter than today which only compares common words and phrases in historical incidents with new ones.
